Nitro Gear and Axle ring and pinion gear sets are manufactured from 8620 steel gear forgings, with a specialized process making them the toughest, quietest gears on- or off-road. By using better materials, better CNC precision-machining, and better lapping/heat-treating processes, they can ensure excellent contact patterns, plus a strong, long-lasting setup. Each new product is subjected to multi-point inspections and then actually installed and set up by Nitro's own in-house differential experts to assure excellent fitment and easy setup.
