Ring gear bolt spacer sleeves allow the use of a 3/8" ring gear bolt, 3/8" threaded hole in ring gear, and 7/16" drilled hole in carrier. This is common on some BOP 8.2" and late model Jeep applications.

They fit the bolts just right. They slide on and off easily without any loose slack. They are a nice tight fit inside the grizzly locker holes requiring a little pressure to insert.
They look to be good quality.
