Elite Gear

Elite ring and pinion sets use the latest engineering and manufacturing technology to produce OEM quality gears at an affordable price. All Elite gears are machined from premium 8620 alloy steel, then heat treated to the strictest standards for maximum strength and durability. Elite gears then go through an extensive lapping process to assure easy setup, excellent contact patterns, and quiet operation.   

Elite Helitrac LSD

The Elite Helitrac Helical Gear Posi operates as a standard or open differential under normal driving conditions, allowing one wheel to spin faster or slower as necessary. When a wheel encounters a loss of traction or the terrain changes, the gear separation forces take effect and transfer torque to the high-traction wheel. The helical-shaped gears mesh with increasing force until wheel spin is slowed or completely stopped. When the vehicle exits the low traction situation, the differential resumes normal operation. Operation is smooth, quiet and automatic. The unit will engage without any driver knowledge or action required. It also has no wearable parts and requires no maintenance, meaning less time in the garage and more on the road.  

Recommended oil is standard 80/90 weight (non-synthetic) (no additives).

Elite Master Install Kit

Premium master install kit uses only the highest quality components including Koyo brand bearings. Included are carrier bearings and races, pinion bearings and races, pinion seal, complete shim kit, ring gear bolts, pinion nut, crush collar (if applicable), threadlock, marking compound, brush, and gasket or RTV silicone.
